GanoExcel Café: Caffeine Can Be Good For You?

No doubt you have heard the flap about caffeine. The debate has raged for as long as your humble blogger has been drinking coffee. One report says it’s harmful; the next insists you need caffeine. Dr. Roizen points out that there are four negative side effects from caffeine and they are: migraine headache, heart arrhythmias, gastric upset and anxiety. He goes on to say that if you do not have any of those issues you will reduce brain aging by taking in 6 cups of coffee per day! He added this: “If you don’t have one of those issues, the more caffeine you have, the younger you are!” We need to remember that Dr. Roizen is talking about ordinary coffee!

Famed college football coach Lou Holtz would say many times that “it’s not what happens to you, but how you react to what happens to you that count.”

How do we react to life’s metaphorical curve balls, bumps and bruises? Do we play the role of victim, always lamenting the fact that bad things happen to me? Or do we look at it from a different perspective, wondering what do we do now? What have I learned and how can I make the situation better? Opportunists look at the latter questions. Entertaining with GanoExcel Coffee

Entertaining is a wonderful way to bond with people whose company you enjoy. I recently shared a meal with friends and coffee was a big part of our meal experience. You might be surprised to know how GanoExcel coffee was incorporated into their “vittles!”

GanoExcel Café: Your House Could Be a Coffee House?

The hottest trend in today’s entertainment world is the InHome Concert. When Jody and Paul were invited to their first Coffee House event they were guests of friends and the affair was held in a church. The Youth Group served as wait staff and the church ladies had provided cookies to be sold for refreshments. Jody and Paul, fans of GanoExcel and every flavor in their lineup, mused on the way home that hosting a similar event would be an excellent way to showcase their new-found singer, songwriter in the comfort of their own home.

That’s exactly what they did. They invited a local young singer-songwriter they know who is on his way up in the world. They laid out an assortment of Gano’s Café Classic, Three in One, and Gano’s SOD tea for their guests, along with some little sandwiches. Jody even thought to put out marshmallows to go with the Schokolade for the children who came with their parents. The evening was a huge hit! The talented artist was delightful and sold some of his albums; the hosts made a positive impression on their guests and some commerce was conducted as the result of this entertaining evening.

All home based businesses should be this much fun!
