Coffee Healthy or Not?

When you think of coffee do you think “healthy”? If you are one of the coffee lovers of the world that helps to consume the 4.1 billion cups of coffee that are served daily you may just ignore the side effects of caffeine and how addictive it is. Gano Excel offers coffee with Ganoderma extract from the reishi mushroom. It has been used for medicinal purposes for centuries particularly in China, Japan and Korea. The common names for the ganoderma extract is Lingzhi, Munnertake, Sachitake, Reishi and Youngzhi. Ganoderma lucidum is the scientific name for Red Mushrooms. It is known as the “Miraculous King of Herbs” and it is what makes the Gano Excel coffee healthy. I personally have been a coffee drinker for many years and love the Gano coffee products. My favorites are the Gano Cafe 3 in 1 and the Ganocafe mocha.

There have been made numerous researches regarding the effects of the Ganoderma plant over the human body. Chinese research has shown that Ganoderma lucidum helps headaches and arm aches, health issues that are produced by hypertension and arteriosclerosis. Ganoderma can fight efficiently the brainer vascular obstructions, the brainer apoplexy, and even the pectoral angina. For years, the medicinal red mushrooms and the extract Ganoderma Lucidum has long been included in the history of folk medicine for contributing much to curing cancers of all sorts and for showing positive effects to the development of the immune system. It is also believed that Ganoderma can help people avoid the metastasis, by eliminating the pains and prolonging the longevity. Furthermore, ganoderma can help with high blood pressure and diabetes.

There have been many cases where people who are using products with ganderma lucidum have positive effects when dealing with chronic hepatitis and other hepatic dysfunctions. They have also reported that their pain from gastritis and grastic ulcer has been eliminated. As with all natural herbs, there is no recommendation from the FDA because herbs are not considered a food or a drug. They are natural. The chinese have many case studies to support the claims of the ganoderma. Gano Excel is excited about offering you healthy coffee products.
