No doubt you have heard the flap about caffeine. The debate has raged for as long as your humble blogger has been drinking coffee. One report says it’s harmful; the next insists you need caffeine. He goes on to say that if you do not have any of those issues you will reduce brain aging by taking in 6 cups of coffee per day! Entertaining is a wonderful way to bond with people whose company you enjoy.  I recently shared a meal with friends and coffee was a big part of our meal experience.  You might be surprised to know how GanoExcel coffee was incorporated into  their “vittles!”
