A healthy life is what all of us hope for, even it is in our subconscious.  Some of us do think about our health on a regular basis.  We hit the gym, swim, run, or walk with friends.  We try to watch what we eat and drink.  With life’s hectic schedule, however, some of those efforts get pushed off to the side.  Hitting the gym or going on that walk gets postponed because of working late.  Driving the kids to soccer practice, mowing the lawn and a long week at the office tends to test even the most avid fans of watching what we eat.  And then there are those of us, who, well even with the best intentions in mind simply can’t wrap our everyday life around a healthy lifestyle.
